Radisleben is a district of the town of Ballenstedt in the Harz district in Saxony-Anhalt .

The place is located on the northeastern edge of the Harz , between Aschersleben and Blankenburg (Harz) .

history

In 964 Radisleben was first mentioned as Rathmersleve . St. Stephen's Church was founded in 810 and is the town's landmark. The church fell into disrepair in the 20th century and was rebuilt after the fall of the Wall .

On January 1, 2010, the previously independent municipality of Radisleben was incorporated into the city of Ballenstedt. The coat of arms shows a fruit-bearing tree.

On the former domain courtyard, a former ducal- Anhalt state domain , there is an integrative natural therapy day-care center .
