Ralf Keller

Ralf Keller (born February 15, 1963 in Trebsen ) is a former German cyclist and national champion in cycling .

Athletic career

Keller won the East German standing championship from 1988 to 1990 behind the pacemaker Dieter Hillert . Keller started for RSG Muldetal Grimma , in the 1990s for SC DHfK Leipzig , and later again for his home club in Grimma . He was second in the German standing championships four times, in 1993 and from 1997 to 1999, in 2001 he was third in the championship. In 1988 he won the Brno International Standers Championship behind pacemaker Dieter Hillert. In 1994 he won the road race around Sebnitz , in 1995 he was third in the overall ranking of the Sachsen-Rundfahrt . In 2001 he got a one-year contract with the Wiesenhof cycling team , but only rode there for one season.
