action

The four teenagers Marizza, Manuel, Mia and Pablo attend an elite art school in Buenos Aires . The four are quite different at the beginning, and sometimes they don't understand each other at all. Only in the course of time do they get to know each other better and even form a band - Erreway.

Characters and background information

main characters

Pablo Bustamante

Pablo Bustamante ( Benjamín Rojas ) is the son of the mayor of Buenos Aires, which gives him certain privileges, including with the director of the Elite Way school (Marcel Dunoff), whom Pablo's father (Sergio Bustamante) bribed with cars, for the young and old Covering up his son's wrongdoings. Basically, Pablo is a nice guy who always has an open ear for his friends, which unfortunately didn't happen very often in the beginning due to his father's authoritarian upbringing. He is under enormous pressure to perform, because all of his siblings have already been to his current school and completed it excellently.

He loves to be musically active, which his father displeases because he sees his professional future endangered by the fact that he wants a career in politics for him. Pablo is very good friends with Mía and some at the school saw it as a “destiny” that the two get together because they have a lot in common. He is one of the most sought-after boys on the Elite Way next to Manuel. Furthermore, he didn't like Manuel like Marizza at the beginning and treated Manuel in particular extremely disparagingly and there were always arguments between the two. Pablo was in a relationship with Vico, although he didn't really like that their "relationship" became public. After separating from Vico, he falls in love with Marizza, who returns his love, but they later separate. The German voice actor for Pablo is Wanja Gerick.

Marizza Pía Spirito

Marizza Pía Spirito ( Camila Bordonaba ) is the daughter of the well-known model and pop star Sonia Rey, who is adored by her classmates (especially the male ones). At first she didn't get along with Mía, who she thought was arrogant and “stupid”. She also didn't think much of their friends, especially not of Pablo Bustamante, her “archenemy”, but made friends with scholars like Luna, Luján and others. Marizza is very rebellious and cheeky, but secretly, once you get to know her better, she is very nice, friendly and you can tell that she is extremely clever. She is also very brave and has no problems breaking rules, including seducing young teachers, which, however, is not without consequences. She tends to have a very extroverted dress style, which sets her very different from Mia, who for her part is always dressed stylish, elegant and girlish. Marizza has only seen her supposed biological father, a famous Italian producer, a few times and only decided to go to Elite Way School when the youth welfare office informed her mother that if she did not go there, she would go to her father in Italy would have to go. Marizza loves her mother very much, which is clearly reciprocal, but while her mother shows it, Marizza often berates her, but doesn't really mean it. As the series progresses, she learns that her father is not her birth father, which leads to significant changes. A little later she fell in love with Pablo, who confessed his love to her when they were alone. He also wanted to help her when a classmate named Joaquin cheated on her with Mia, with whom she previously fell in love. The German voice actress for Marizza is Tanya Kahana .

Mía Colucci

Mía Colucci ( Luisana Lopilato ) is the spoiled daughter of the famous and wealthy businessman Franco Colucci. Mía is very pretty and is adored by almost all the boys at the Elite Way School, which she is aware of and leads to the fact that if she wants to achieve something, she uses her charms in a targeted manner. She is also, so to speak, the group leader of the girls on the Elite Way. She attaches great importance to her appearance and considers it reprehensible to wear clothes more than three times. She is very keen on politeness and expression. Although some (including Manuel and Marizza at the beginning) consider Mía to be stupid and arrogant, she is lovable, helpful and clever, which she sometimes hushes up with her own behavior. A famous phrase Mía uses a lot is: “ It's so hard to be me. ". One of the reasons for her secret lack of self-confidence is the loss of her mother, whom she does not remember because she was very young when she died. Because her father almost never spoke about his wife out of grief, Mía missed the relationship with her mother, which everyone else has at such an age. Mía has only one photo that reminds her of her mother. In this photo you can see that Mía is the absolute likeness of her mother, who was a model and a very talented writer during her lifetime. At first she thought that her father didn't speak of his wife just because he didn't love her, but it turned out that he loved and adored her more than anything. Now Mía is treated by her father just like her mother. Despite all the prejudices from outsiders, Mía also has a very good core, which is also noticeable by the fact that she strives for Luna's friendship and tries to introduce her to school. She goes on to say, “ It doesn't matter what someone has; it depends on its potential. “- which proves that it is by no means just superficial. Her archenemy is initially Manuel (" stupid Aztec ", so Mía), who she noticed on his first day and to whom she felt drawn. Secretly they both fell in love, but did not want to admit it to each other and Mía could not inwardly accept that Manuel was with her best friend Felicitas at the beginning (not out of love on his part) and let her dissatisfaction out on him the pretext not to like him. Manuel and she argued violently, until it came to approaches and the first kiss. However, the two suppressed this, for themselves and for Felicitas' sake. Eventually the two got together over the course of the series. In the second season of Rebelde way, they even go to the Galapagos Islands. The German voice actress for Mia is Jill Böttcher .

Manuel Aguirre

Manuel Aguirre ( Felipe Colombo ) is a handsome Mexican who came to the Elite Way to seek revenge on his father's alleged murderer, Franco Colucci. Initially, Manuel was almost not allowed to take the entrance examination for the scholarship holders, as this required the signature of a parent and Manuel came without his mother because of financial difficulties, but by a stroke of luck he made it into the exam and passed. When Manuel was walking aimlessly through the hallway in the school, he met Mia for the first time. Without knowing that she was the daughter of the alleged murderer of his father, he was already drawn to her. When he later asked about her after the entrance examination ("This beautiful blonde, have you seen her?" - "Oh, you mean Mia." - "Mia? Mia Colucci ?") , He immediately suppressed his interest in her and from then on treated her as if she were guilty of his father's death. Since Mia did not put up with that (she also suppresses her interest after his dismissive behavior towards her), the two got into arguments again and again and became "enemies". Manuel began a relationship with Mia's best friend Felicitas, but not out of love, which he later confessed to his best friend Nico, but only to find out more about Mia's father (Franco Colucci), on whom he was taking revenge for his father's suicide want to find out. He believes that Colucci, who is a successful entrepreneur, drove his father to suicide. But when Felicitas pressed him more and more and showed himself more and more jealous and obsessed with Manuel, he tried to separate from her, which he did not succeed and he finally sought Mia's help. His further efforts to separate from her with the help of Mías fail, however, as Felicitas turned out to be pathologically clinging and threatened him with her suicide. When he finally managed to separate from Felicitas, he and Mia (after a few other unsuccessful attempts to hurt each other too emotionally) got closer and closer and finally they come together. The German voice actor for Manuel is Julius Jellinek .

Felicitas' amazement is all the greater when Manuel Aguirre, the good-looking, polite boy is apparently interested in her. The two become a couple and it turns out that Feli loves Manuel more than is good for her. She becomes dependent on him and, because of her pathological jealousy, quarrel with Mía and ends the friendship. When Manuel wants to part with her, she threatens suicide. As the relationship nears doom, she begins bulimic to gain Manuel's favor through weight loss. However unsuccessful; the relationship, which from Manuel's side never arose out of love, ends. Luna lives in the same room with Marizza and Luján, with whom she gets along very well. This will also lead to problems as Marizza and Mía hate each other and Luna is always in the middle. Erreway , as the four friends call themselves, decide to tour all of Argentina together and fulfill their dream of living as a musician, but this journey together is not just about the music. While Mia and Manuel have to experience the happier and at the same time the lows of their relationship, Pablo and Marizza fight against their feelings for each other. At the beginning everything seems to be going well, the concerts are sold out and Mia and Manuel are getting closer and closer, then the big shock for the four and especially for Mia and Manuel sets in: Mia is pregnant. The four friends try to cope with this hurdle, but when Mias and Manuel's daughter are born, the chaos really begins.
