Records of Civilization: Sources and Studies

Records of Civilization: Sources and Studies is under the auspices of the Department of History of Columbia University in New York City , NY, since 1915 in the Columbia University Press published cultural-historical book series western with a focus on translations and studies, and later Asian cultures . Some volumes were included in the UNESCO Collection of Representative Works .

Her first volume, Hellenic civilization , appeared in 1915, the last, The miracles of the Kasuga deity , appeared as No. 98 in 1990.

Many volumes appeared in later, partly revised editions, as reprints partly also in other publishers.
