Dupong-Schaus-Bodson government
The Dupong-Schaus-Bodson government (alternative name: Dupong VII government (1948 to 1951) and Dupong VIII government (1951 to 1953)) was founded in Luxembourg by Prime Minister Pierre Dupong of the Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV) after the chamber election in 1948 on 14. Formed July 1948. The government included representatives of the Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV) and the Groupement Démocratique (GD). After the 1951 chamber election , the government was reshuffled on July 3, 1951. This reshaped government then included representatives of the Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV) and the Lëtzebuerger Sozialistesch Aarbechterpartei (LSAP). It replaced the Dupong-Schaus government and remained in office until Prime Minister Dupong's death on December 23, 1953, after which the former Prime Minister Joseph Bech formed the Bech-Bodson government.
