Government of Werner-Schaus II
The Werner-Schaus II government (alternative name: Werner IV government ) was formed in Luxembourg on February 6, 1969 by Prime Minister Pierre Werner of the Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV) after the chamber election of December 15, 1968 . It replaced the Werner-Cravatte government and remained in office until it was replaced by the Thorn-Vouel-Berg government on June 15, 1974. The government consisted of representatives of the Chrëschtlech Sozial Vollekspartei (CSV) and the Democratic Party (DP). With Madeleine Frieden-Kinnen , a woman was appointed minister in a government for the first time in the history of Luxembourg .
