Reichertshausen is a district of the Au market in Hallertau in Upper Bavaria .

geography

The village in the Freising district is on the way between Freising and Au in der Hallertau. The federal highway 301 leads through the town center .

history

Reichertshausen celebrated its 1200th anniversary in 1979. As Richartshusun the place goes back to the year 779 in the time of the Agilofinger Duke Tassilo III. back. The rural community Reichertshausen was founded in 1818 with the Bavarian community edict. It included the villages of Sindorf, Willertshausen, Hettenkirchen, Dobl and Mösbuch as well as the wasteland of Holzmair. In 1900 Kleingroündling was added. With the regional reform in Bavaria on July 1, 1972, the greater part of the Reichertshausen community was incorporated into Au in der Hallertau. Only Hettenkirchen came to the community of Attenkirchen and Kleingründling came to Markt Nandlstadt .

Architectural monuments

The following are listed as architectural monuments in Reichertshausen :

  • the Catholic parish church of St. Stephen; their choir is late Gothic and dates from the 2nd half of the 15th century; the nave was built in 1852/54 and extended and vaulted in 1911; the upper floor of the tower dates from 1901
  • the former rectory , a baroque hipped roof building from 1726 (Hauptstrasse 5)
  • an inn, a hipped roof building from the beginning of the 19th century (Hauptstrasse 7)
  • a Marian column with the year 1874 (on the main street next to the Catholic parish church)
