The constituency of the German Reich.

The Reichstag constituency province West Prussia - administrative district Marienwerder 2 (constituency 24; constituency Rosenberg-Löbau ) was a constituency for the Reichstag elections in the German Empire and the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.

The local electoral association of the free-spirited People's Party called for the election of the Polish candidate in the runoff election, as he had "the reputation of political liberalism". The BdL wanted to propose Elard von Oldenburg-Januschau again as a candidate. The speech of District Administrator Bonin at the “German electoral assembly” of the Conservatives and the BdL met with overwhelming applause and secured him the nomination. There was only one ballot. The number of eligible voters was 19,980 and the number of votes cast 17,754 of which 23 were invalid. The turnout was 88.9%. The result was the following:

1903

The previous mandate holder Bonin was supported by the conservatives in the Löbau district. Instead, the conservatives in the Rosenberg district supported the large landowner Hoverbeck. NLP and the liberal parties categorically rejected Hoverbeck. At a meeting of the parties mentioned on April 23, 1903, Wittergutsbesitzer Walzer was chosen as the parties' compromise candidate. There was only one ballot. The number of eligible voters was 21,139 and the number of votes cast 18,632 of which 47 were invalid. The turnout was 88.1%. The result was the following:
