Reichstag constituency district Marienwerder 3
The Reichstag constituency province West Prussia - administrative district Marienwerder 3 (constituency 25; constituency Graudenz-Strasburg ) was an electoral district for the Reichstag elections in the German Reich and the North German Confederation from 1867 to 1918.
Constituency layout
The constituency comprised the Graudenz district and the Strasburg district in the 1867 cut. The later reclassifications of communities in these districts and neighboring districts did not affect the constituency boundaries.

1881
In 1878 Bieler joined the conservative faction in the Reichstag and the coalition in the constituency ended. In the Reichstag election in 1881 , a national liberal and a conservative candidate competed against each other in the constituency, which led to Ignacy von Lyskowski from Poland winning the constituency instead.

Replacement election 1886
After Lyskowski there was a replacement election on October 20, 1886. Conservatives and NLP overcame their conflicts and again agreed on a common candidate. The number of eligible voters was 22,586 and the number of votes cast 17,822 of which 49 were invalid. The turnout was 79.1%. The result was the following:

Hobrecht was again supported by conservatives and NLP. There was only one ballot. The number of eligible voters was 23,614 and the number of votes cast was 20,499, of which 41 were invalid. The turnout was 87.0%. The result was the following:

Hobrecht again received support from conservatives and NLP. The German Liberals, who had supported Hobrecht in 1887, put up their own candidate for this election. In the runoff election they then called for Hobrecht to be elected.
There were two ballots. The number of eligible voters was 24,160 and the number of votes cast in the first ballot was 20,203 of which 26 were invalid. The turnout was 83.6%. The result of the first ballot was as follows:

The coalition between NLP and Conservatives broke up. Instead, the National Liberals and the Liberals agreed on their own candidate. For the Reichstag election a candidate of the NLP was put up, for the following state election the NLP committed itself to support the candidate of the FVP.
There were two ballots. The number of eligible voters was 24,680 and the number of votes cast in the first ballot 19,742 of which 20 were invalid. The turnout was 80.0%. The result of the first ballot was as follows:
