The Gmina Muszyna is an urban-rural municipality in the powiat Nowosądecki of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Poland . Its seat is the spa town of the same name with around 4900 inhabitants.

The municipality borders on Slovakia in the south and east and on Gmina Krynica-Zdrój in the north . The Poprad River is one of the waters .
