Ria Endres

Ria Endres (born April 12, 1946 in Buchloe ) is a German writer , essayist, playwright, poet and radio play author .

Life

Ria Endres spent her youth in Buchloe. From 1958 to 1966 she attended the music high school in Wettenhausen . After graduating from high school , she studied German , philosophy and history in Würzburg from 1966 to 1969 and then in Frankfurt am Main until 1972 . After passing the state examination , she held teaching positions at various universities from 1973 to 1980. In 1979, she was with a thesis on Thomas Bernhard at Frankfurt University as a Doctor of Philosophy PhD . She has lived in Frankfurt am Main since 1969, and has worked as a freelance writer since 1980.
