Richard Teubner
Richard Teubner (born November 4, 1846 in Neufreistett , † December 14, 1902 in Karlsruhe ) was a German administrative officer and judge.
Life
Richard Teubner, son of a chief customs inspector, obtained his Abitur in 1864 by taking the exams before the high school board. He then studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg until 1868 and from 1868 to 1869 at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg . In 1865 he became a member of the Corps Rhenania Heidelberg . After the first legal exam in 1870 he became a legal trainee and actuary at the district court of Bretten , district and court court of Offenburg and district court of Kork . In 1873 he passed the second legal exam and became a trainee and secretary at the Freiburg District and Court Court . In the following years he worked for the district offices of Donaueschingen , Staufen and Meßkirch . In 1877 he became a bailiff in Rastatt and in 1878 moved to the Tauberbischofsheim district office . In 1880 he was appointed head of the district office of Meßkirch and in 1883 was promoted to senior magistrate. In 1886 he moved to the Bühl district office , in 1890 to the Sinsheim district office and in the same year to the Kehl district office . In 1896 he was appointed a secret councilor . In 1899 he was appointed as an administrative judge at the Baden Administrative Court in Karlsruhe, where he worked until his death in 1902.
