The Riley 12/4 was a passenger car made by the British vehicle manufacturer Riley .

description

It was a mid-range vehicle that Riley brought out in 1934.

The sedans had a 4-cylinder OHV in-line engine with 1496 cm³, which developed 51 bhp (38 kW). This was just as much as the larger Riley 15/6 . Later the power even increased to 55 bhp (40 kW). There were two models, the Kestrel and the Falcon .

The model was discontinued after just one year. The successor was called Riley 1 1/2 .

In 1936 there was another roadster with the same engine, the Riley Sprite .
