Rinat Rifkatowitsch Gilasow ( Russian Ринат Рифкатович Гилазов ; born October 17, 1987 in Magnitogorsk ) is a Russian summer biathlete .

Gilasow contested his first international championships as part of the junior races of the Summer Biathlon World Championships 2007 in Otepää , where he was initially 12th in the sprint in the cross-country competitions. In the mass start race he won the bronze medal behind Andrij Bohaj and Ruslan Nasirov , with Tatjana Belkina , Irina Maximowa and Maxim Adijew the title in the mixed relay race. A year later he won the silver medal in the cross-country pursuit race in Haute-Maurienne behind Anuzar Yunusov , after missing a medal against Niklas Heyser in fourth place in the sprint. Gilasow also competed on rollerski and was 30th of the sprint.

For men, Gilasow made his debut in Osrblie at the Summer Biathlon European Championships 2012 at major international events. He became the most successful participant in the championships and won all sorts of medals with the titles in the sprint, the pursuit and with Olga Prokopjewa , Irina Kudrizkaja and Rustem Davletschin in the mixed relay race.
