Sascha Alfred Roßmüller (born December 15, 1972 in Straubing ) is a German politician of the NPD and member of the party's national board. He is also a member of the management team of the Regensburg Bandidos Chapter.

Functionary of the "Young National Democrats" (JN)

Sascha Roßmüller became active in the right-wing extremist scene as a 17-year-old student and during his training as a landscape gardener. In 1991 he was a founding member of the National Block, which was active almost exclusively in Bavaria and was banned on June 7, 1993 . Roßmüller was also district chairman of the National Block. Roßmüller completed his Abitur in 1993 at the economics branch of the Anton-Bruckner-Gymnasium in Straubing. He began his political career in 1995 when he joined the NPD youth organization Young National Democrats . In 1996 he was elected to the JN and NPD state board of Bavaria. Roßmüller published in the JN organ “Activist”, in the JN-related paper “Unity and Struggle” and works as an editor for the NPD newspaper “ German Voice ”. After he became deputy to the JN federal chairman Holger Apfel in 1997 , he was federal chairman himself from April 1999 to November 2002. In the speech on his election as JN boss at the federal congress on April 10, 1999 in Klingenberg / Bavaria, he announced a social revolutionary course in constructive-critical loyalty to the mother party.

In 1994 Roßmüller ran for the first time for the NPD in the state elections in Bavaria. With his participation as full-time state manager of the NPD Bavaria (1997 to 2005), several people with Austrian citizenship joined the NPD in 1999 , whereby the new members were assigned to the NPD state association of Bavaria. Roßmüller has been an elected member of the NPD party executive since March 2000 and has been a member of the NPD parliamentary group in the Saxon state parliament since 2004. Here, as in the NPD federal executive committee, he is responsible for economic policy. On November 12, 2006, Roßmüller was elected deputy party chairman. At the NPD federal party conference in 2009, Roßmüller did not run again for the party executive committee and since then has only held the office of deputy state chairman in Bavaria, to which he was re-elected in 2010. From November 2010 he was an external member of the inquiry commission of the Saxon state parliament "Strategies for a future-oriented technology and innovation policy in the Free State of Saxony", the final report of which was published on March 27, 2013.

Death threats

With his statement "One day 'Others' will hang in Nuremberg" on the occasion of a demonstration in Nuremberg, Roßmüller threatened political opponents with death. The Bavarian Office for the Protection of the Constitution sees Roßmüller's election as underlining the neo-Nazi orientation of the NPD's youth organization.

Appearance on Bavarian radio

In the Bavarian state elections on September 28, 2008 , Roßmüller was the top candidate of his party, which came out with 1.2%. Almost two weeks before the election, a program was broadcast on Bayerischer Rundfunk that dealt with the top candidates of the parties running for the election. His appearance subsequently caused a scandal; the ÖDP top candidate Bernhard Suttner , who immediately followed suit , criticized the show's moderators because, in his opinion, they had treated Roßmüller's answers too uncritically. Suttner then refused to state his party's goals and left the studio after about four minutes. “Bavarian television made it possible for Mr. Roßmüller to portray himself as a wolf in sheep's clothing. The questionnaire did not reveal the dangerousness of this right-wing extremist wire-puller. A democrat has no choice but to evade such a process. I would rather forego presenting my party than allow myself to be forced into such a broadcast format, ” said Suttner.

Withdrawal of the business license

On August 1, 2013, the Regensburg Administrative Court confirmed the withdrawal of the license for the security trade in Rain, which the Straubing-Bogen district office had imposed on Roßmüller on October 31, 2012, primarily because of his membership in the Bandidos chapter , which is involved in criminal activities is accused.

At the beginning of 2016, Roßmüller was sentenced to a fine of 1,600 euros for his involvement in a violent confrontation in the rocker milieu in 2010.
