Alfons Hueber

Alfons Hueber (* 1949 ) is a German lawyer ( notary ). From 1971 to 1973 he was federal chairman of the Young National Democrats (JN), the youth organization of the right-wing extremist NPD . After a stint with the Republicans , he is now a member of the CDU .

Until 1976, Hueber studied law at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich , the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main . After the state examinations and the legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Frankfurt am Main , he was a research assistant at the chair for public law of Dieter Grimm at the University of Bielefeld from 1980 to 1984 and in 1981 he was under the legal historian Michael Stolleis at the University of Frankfurt am Main with the dissertation Otto Mayer. In 1984 he established himself as a lawyer in Frankfurt am Main . In 1990 he was appointed notary . In 1991 he moved into a notary's office (full-time) in Chemnitz . Until 2002 he was Vice President of the Saxony Chamber of Notaries. He is on the editorial board of the journal for notarial advisory and notarial practice , in which he also published several articles.

He is a member of the expert ring of the Federal Association of Medium-Sized Enterprises in Chemnitz City. Until 2003 he was chairman of the supervisory board of Chemnitzer FC .

Corporation and political engagement

During his studies in Munich he became a member of the Danubia fraternity . He also published in the Burschenschaftlichen sheets of the German Burschenschaft .

From 1971 to 1973 Hueber was federal chairman of the Young National Democrats , the youth organization of the NPD . Then he became a member of the Republicans . In addition, from 1981 he was a member and later chairman of the Witikobund in Hesse. He directed u. a. 1986 with Bernd Kallina an event of the "Young Witikonen". From 1985 he was on the advisory board of the Society for Free Journalism , the largest right-wing cultural association according to the protection of the Constitution.

In 1987 he published an anthology at Hohenrain Verlag , which was devoted to the topic of Liberation Day . In addition, he published in the 1970s and 1980s in the Deutsche Annalen of the publisher Gert Sudholt .

Hueber was chairman of the anti-communist association of free lawyers . Today he is a member of the CDU Saxony and is involved in the Chemnitzer Mittelstands- und Wirtschaftsvereinigung (MIT).

Legal history work

In the 1980s, Hueber published articles on legal history and contributed with the entries Otto Mayer and Hugo Preuß to the concise dictionary on German legal history . In addition to Erk Volkmar Heyen (1981) and Reimund Schmidt-De Caluwe (1999), he published a monograph on administrative lawyer Otto Mayer. This was positively received by the legal scholar Otto Bachof in his review. He praised his extensive bibliography on Mayer's complete works, including reviews, obituaries and articles.
