Robert Thomas Woods (* 10. April 1992 in Gardena , California ) is an American American football poker players on the position of wide receiver . He plays for the Los Angeles Rams in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills in the 2nd round as the 41st player.

college

Woods played for the USC Trojans at the University of Southern California from 2010 to 2012 .

He played on the position of the wide receiver and wore jersey number 2 . Woods caught a total of 252 balls in the three years, creating 2,930 yards and 32 touchdowns . In addition, he was occasionally employed as a return specialist .

Woods was selected by the Buffalo Bills in the 2nd round (41st overall) in the 2013 NFL Draft .

Buffalo Bills

Woods signed his rookie contract on May 20, 2013. He caught a touchdown pass from rookie quarterback EJ Manuel in his first NFL game in the 1st game week of the 2013 NFL season .

In his first four years in the NFL, Woods blossomed into a solid starter for the Bills. He had to end the 2015 season prematurely on December 22, 2015 due to an ankle injury.

For the Bills, he caught a total of 203 balls for 2,451 yards and 12 touchdowns .

Los Angeles Rams

Woods signed a five-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams on March 9, 2017 after his contract with the Bills expired . The contract includes a salary of $ 39 million with a $ 15 million guarantee. Woods returned to Southern California , where he was born and attended college .

Woods established himself in 2017 , in his first season with the Rams, as the first receiver in the wide receiver roster.
