The Rode is a river in France that runs in the Grand Est region .

The Rode rises in the municipality of Loudrefing from the Niederster Weiher lake , generally drains in a north-easterly direction through the Lorraine Regional Nature Park and after 25 kilometers flows into the Albe as a right tributary in the Rech district of the Sarralbe municipality . The Rode crosses the Moselle department on its way and forms the border to the neighboring Bas-Rhin department on a section of the lower reaches .
