Rolf Schoeck

Rolf Schoeck (born June 25, 1928 in Stuttgart ; † August 2, 1999 in Ludwigsburg ) was a German graduate economist and politician ( CDU ). Between 1964 and 1980, Schoeck was a member of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg as a member ( MdL ).

Live and act

Rolf Schoeck studied economics and political science at the universities of Stuttgart and Tübingen since 1954 and graduated in 1959 with the academic degree of Diplom-Volkswirt. He then took over the management of the family business. He later took over the chairmanship of the supervisory board of JF Adolff AG in Becknag and was a member of the supervisory board of Baden-Württembergische Bank AG in Stuttgart, Wüstenrot Bank AG in Ludwigsburg and Südwestbank AG in Stuttgart. From 1972 to 1992 Schoeck was CEO of the Landeskreditbank Baden-Württemberg .

Schoeck had been a member of the Christian Democratic Union of Germany (CDU) since 1963 . In the state elections in Baden-Württemberg in 1964 for the 4th electoral term of the state parliament of Baden-Württemberg (1964–1968), Schoeck was able to win the second mandate in the Ludwigsburg I state electoral district. In the state elections in 1968 and 1972 for the 5th (1968–1972) and 6th electoral periods (1972–1976) he was able to defend his mandate in the Ludwigsburg I state constituency and moved into the state parliament via the direct mandate . In the 1976 state elections for the 7th electoral period (1976–1980) he defended his direct mandate in the newly tailored Ludwigsburg state electoral district . Schoeck was also city councilor and chairman of the CDU city council group in Ludwigsburg, district councilor and deputy chairman of the CDU state parliament group.
