Commissioner Rosa Roth and her team at the Berlin homicide squad are investigating the death of a 14-year-old girl who is accidentally shot in a planned assassination attempt on the Russian arms dealer Raskow. Roth just started the case when a second murder occurs. A man was hit by a sniper . At the scene of the crime, she has to find out that it is her own significant other.
