Jerusalem or the Journey to Death is a German TV film directed by Carlo Rola from 1998 . It is the eighth episode of the ZDF crime film series Rosa Roth with Iris Berben in the title role.

Rosa Roth spends her annual vacation in Jerusalem , where her old friend is getting married again. On the plane she noticed someone among the passengers who was filming strangers with a video camera . Walter Bannert, who was filmed by the young video maker for inexplicable reasons, dies one day after arriving in the toilet . His wife Helga turns to Roth with the accusation that it was murder. The doctors, however, diagnosed the widow with acute heart failure. Roth, convinced by Ms. Bannert, is also investigating within the travel group in Jerusalem.
