action

Part 1

While the imprisoned Katzmann is negotiating with Rosa Roth about easing his detention, his client, the arms dealer van Kleve, meets with two Arabs to whom he wants to sell a weapon made of porcelain. It cannot be found at security checkpoints and is easy to hide. Unfortunately the cartridges were stolen from a gunsmith van Kleves at the airport and got into the hands of the BKA. Meanwhile, Katzmann is planning his escape in prison. In order to show how the weapon works, this is demonstrated to buyers using the murder of van Kleve's armourer in Paris. To get the cartridges back, Katzmann is released during a fictitious confrontation. In order to blame Rosa Roth for involvement, evidence such as a meeting with Katzmann's lawyer and bribes are fabricated on her account. In order to keep her under pressure, her colleague Karin is kidnapped. As a condition for her release, Rosa is supposed to convey special police secrets to the Van Kleves group. A life begins on the run from the BKA, BND and their colleagues, where their colleague Röder and the forensic scientist Dr. Nikolai turn out to be an unexpected helper.

Part 2

Katzmann is suspected of wanting to do common cause with the BND when his lawyer is observed at a meeting with the BND agent Ms. Krayen. To reassure van Kleve, he agrees to kill his lawyer. When Rosa and Röder find the lawyer, the summoned Dr. Nikolai received a card from the catering company for the OPEC conference in the Berlin congress center. For further information, Roth sneaks with Nikolai into the office of her superior, who is responsible for security at the conference. Kleves people and Katzmann meanwhile attack the BKA and steal back the cartridges. Roth, who has found out that Willem van Kleve is in Berlin, follows him on the subway. There she is picked up by his people and taken to an abandoned factory. She meets Katzmann there and he now wants revenge. But that doesn't fit van Kleve into his plans. Rosa should be taken to a quiet place and taken care of. Since Katzmann's lawyer is dead and Karin's kidnappers don't know what to do, they drag her onto a boat. A wanted rapist who is already causing problems for Rosa's colleagues observes her. While driving, Rosa can overwhelm the driver, causing the car to overturn.

part 3

After Commissioner Roth wakes up in the hospital, Dr. Nikolai kidnap her. She kills him in self-defense after realizing that he was one of the conspirators and only took advantage of Rosa. She escapes from the hospital with her colleague Röder. The police found out about Karin's whereabouts through the rapist Wuttke and Rosa decided to face them. After Karin is freed, Rosa tries to find a way into Nikolai's apartment. She discovered interesting plans for an attack on the OPEC conference. Since half of the cartridges were in Rosa's accident car, van Kleve only has the other half for delivery. The conspirators' envoy, Memet Kurum, meets with van Kleve for the handover. The envoy is shot by his minder in order to defame van Kleve against his brother. In the meantime, Röder has had an almost fatal collision with van Kleve's colleague Johnson, which he is able to prevent from escaping. The preparations for the conference are now in full swing. Rosa Roth's superior Steinkopf and Krayen monitor them. But an assassin (a confidante of Nabil) can break into the conference while disguised as a press photographer. But all the observations point to two other assassins who are only supposed to serve as bait. When Roth arrives there with her colleague, BND woman Krayen turns out to be the second assassin during the press conference. When Rosa then speaks to Kubik in the hospital, Pia appears to silence Röder and Johnson. She only catches Röder, whom she shoots in a coma. Because Pia does not speak, Roth goes to Van Kleve in Amsterdam. This is not interested in talking to her and is shot in an ambush by Memet's brother.

criticism

The lexicon of international film states: “Skilful (television) thriller as a special for the crime series Rosa Roth. The action takes place on six consecutive days, whereby the time is attractively compressed and the action develops as if in time-lapse. The rather exaggerated thriller plot, inspired by the US series 24 , is not for the faint-hearted Rosa Roth fans. "
