geography
The wilderness is surrounded by forest at the foot of the Rosenberg ( 478 m above sea level ). To the west is the Schelmenbuck corridor area. A community road leads to Nehdorf (1 km to the west).
history
The Rosenhof was built in the first half of the 19th century in the area of the rural community of Leidendorf . On July 1, 1971, it was incorporated into the Weidenbach market as part of the regional reform .
