Rossella Galbiati

Rossella Galbiati (born October 11, 1958 in Milan ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Rossella Galbiati was very athletic from childhood. At first she did swimming , then she successfully skied in the performance range until the age of 18 . Eventually she started out with athletics and cycling . In cycling, she was a total of 20 Lombard champion and eleven times Italian champion in various disciplines on track and road.

In 1978 Rossella Galbiati became Italian road racing champion . At the UCI track world championships in Barcelona in 1984 , she finished third in the single pursuit .

Rossella Galbiati is now a physical education teacher at a primary school and, together with her Galbiati team , is committed to cycling in schools.
