Rugby Bundesliga 2008/09

The 2008/09 rugby Bundesliga is the 38th in its history. Nine teams play for the German championship in rugby. The champion is determined in play-off games between the four best-placed teams after regular time. Champion was the defending champion SC 1880 Frankfurt . DRC Hanover , who renounced the play-down against RK 03 Berlin , has to relegate .
