Sáránd is a municipality in the small area Derecske-Létavértes in the east of Hungary . The main road 47 ( E79 ) leads through the village . The Debrecen – Nagykereki ( MÁV No. 106) and the Debrecen – Létavértes ( MÁV No. 107) railway branches off in Sáránd , although route 107 was discontinued on December 13, 2009.
