Sœurdres (1793 still with the spelling Seurdres ) is a village and a commune déléguée in the French commune of Les Hauts d'Anjou with 410 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the arrondissement of Segré , in the Maine-et-Loire department and in the region Pays de la Loire . The Commune déléguée has an area of 15.24 km².
The municipality of Sœurdres merged with Brissarthe , Champigné , Cherré , Contigné , Marigné , and Querré to form the new municipality of Les Hauts d'Anjou on December 15, 2016 .
geography
Sœurdres is 34 kilometers north of Angers on the border with the Mayenne department at an altitude of 65 meters above sea level between the river valleys of Mayenne and Sarthe .
