Sachsendorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Burgschleinitz-Kühnring in the Horn district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 37 building areas with 12,255 m² and 31 gardens on 19,759 m² in the cadastral community of Sachsendorf , in 1989/1990 there were 35 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 99 and in 2009/2010 there were 61 buildings on 114 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 147 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 75 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 145 hectares and 75 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 143 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 74 hectares. The average soil climate number of Sachsendorf is 49.9 (as of 2010).
