Saint-Pierre church

Saint-Pierre-Tarentaine is a former French community with 374 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017), the Saint-Pierrais , in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy .

On January 1, 2016, Saint-Pierre-Tarentaine was incorporated into the new municipality of Souleuvre en Bocage as a district as part of a territorial reform together with 19 neighboring municipalities, which like Saint-Pierre-Tarentaine all belonged to the disbanded municipal association Bény-Bocage .

Saint-Pierre-Tarentaine is located around 17 kilometers north-northwest of Vire-Normandie and 31 kilometers southeast of Saint-Lô .
