Saint-Ouen church

Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces is a former French commune of 436 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017), the Audonniens , in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy .

On January 1, 2016, Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces became a district in the new municipality of Souleuvre en Bocage as part of a regional reform together with 19 neighboring municipalities, which like Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces all belonged to the disbanded municipal association Bény- Bocage incorporated.

Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces is located about 22 kilometers southeast of Saint-Lô and 24 kilometers north of Vire-Normandie . In the east, the department of Manche borders on the local area. The A84 autoroute runs through Saint-Ouen-des-Besaces .
