action

Samson serves as a captain in the garrison of a prince whose lands are often visited by the black corsair. He is in love with the prince's daughter; the power-hungry advisor de Prinzen, however, who is aware of this, endeavors to prevent this happiness. When all attempts to undermine the prince's power fail, the advisor lets the corsairs kidnap the prince's young daughter from his second marriage. Thanks to Samson's active interference, the corsairs can be defeated and the area pacified again.

criticism

"Picture-book adventure from the Italian muscle-and-sandals series."

The film service said, "in some of the supporting characters, the director even tries a slight irony"
