Sandrine Mainville (born March 20, 1992 in Boucherville ) is a Canadian swimmer specializing in short freestyle and dolphin runs . With the Canadian 4 × 100 meter freestyle relay, she won the bronze medal at the 2016 Olympic Games .

In the Aquatics Center in the Russian city of Kazan , she finished third behind the USA on August 8, 2015 together with her teammates Santo Condorelli , Yuri Kisil and Chantal van Landeghem in a tight race in 3: 23.59 minutes (with Ryan Lochte , Nathan Adrian , Simone Manuel and Missy Franklin , 3: 23.05, world record) and the Netherlands ( Sebastiaan Verschuren , Joost Reijns , Ranomi Kromowidjojo , Femke Heemskerk , 3: 23.10). Three days earlier, she jumped to 7th place as the final swimmer in the 4 × 100-meter mixed relay relay and 5th place as the starting swimmer on August 2 with the women's 4 × 100-meter freestyle relay.

Her greatest successes also include two third places with the Canadian 4 × 100-meter freestyle and the 4 × 100-meter individual relay at the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland .

At the Universiade 2013, also in Kazan, Mainville was part of the Canadian 4 × 100 meter freestyle relay that won bronze. In the 100 m freestyle she was fourth there with a personal best.
