Schönfeld is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Göpfritz an der Wild in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 74 building areas with 38,983 m² and 98 gardens on 38,304 m² in the cadastral community Schönfeld , in 1989/1990 there were 74 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 249 and in 2009/2010 there were 96 buildings on 251 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 427 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 242 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 416 hectares and 252 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 408 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 253 hectares. The average soil climate number in Schönfeld is 31.1 (as of 2010).
