Weinpolz is a village and a cadastral community of the market town of Göpfritz an der Wild in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there was a total of 77 building areas with 39,032 m² and 59 gardens on 18,063 m² in the cadastral community of Weinpolz , in 1989/1990 there were 82 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 199 and in 2009/2010 there were 92 buildings on 208 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 477 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 330 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 466 hectares and 340 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 454 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 343 hectares. The average soil climate of Weinpolz is 30.3 (as of 2010).
