Breitenfeld is a place and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Göpfritz an der Wild in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 71 building areas with 40,961 m² and 90 gardens on 29,031 m² in the cadastral community of Breitenfeld , in 1989/1990 there were 80 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 255 and in 2009/2010 there were 99 buildings on 259 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 474 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 105 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 458 hectares and 110 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 448 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 107 hectares. The average soil climate number of Breitenfeld is 32.1 (as of 2010).
