Schafhof is a district of the town of Geisenfeld in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm . The wasteland is about three kilometers northeast of Geisenfeld and can be reached via federal highway 300 .

On April 1, 1971, Schafhof was incorporated into the previously independent community of Schillwitzried zu Geisenfeld.
