Nötting
The village of Nötting is located in the Hallertau and is part of the town of Geisenfeld in the Upper Bavarian district of Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm .

Nötting has 500 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2002) and is located about 2 km north of the city center of Geisenfeld .

history
Nötting was first mentioned in a document around the year 1100. In 1281 Nötting (at that time Nötingen) was handed over by the Counts of Scheyern to the Benedictine monastery of Geisenfeld .
The incorporation into the city of Geisenfeld took place on July 1, 1971. The district of Kleinnötting, with which Nötting has grown together today, belonged to the former municipality of Nötting.
