Nebilovy Castle

Nebílovy Castle (German Nebillau ) is located in Nebílovy in Okres Plzeň - jih ( Czech Republic ).

The castle is an example of the pure style, Vienna- oriented Baroque architecture in Bohemia . From 1706 it was built by the Pilsen master builder Jakob Auguston for Adam Heinrich von Steinau according to plans by Johann Lucas von Hildebrandt . The castle is formed by two buildings opposite one another, which were previously connected on the sides by arcades and terraces. At the end of the 18th century the castle was reconstructed by Václav Haberditz and Johann Ignaz Palliardi . Inside there are pictures by the Prague painter Antonín Tuvora .
