history

Hans Rehberg reported in 2000 in the "Chronicle of Schweinslust" from the history of the farm. The chronicle was published in excerpts in the series “Knowledge of the Region”.

The Schweinslust farm was built in 1927 and 1928 on an urn field between Kirchpolkritz and the village of Polkritz, today's Schwarzholz, on a 100-hectare property owned by the Falke family by the Großeinkaufs-Gesellschaft Deutscher Consumvereine mbH (GEG) based in Hamburg leased to the Rehberg family. A commercial breed with over 300 sows and 200 fattening pigs was established, with the fattening pigs being fattened in Gut Osterholz, which is also part of the GEG. The animals were also fed rejected goods that were no longer suitable for sale, such as gingerbread, chocolate and canned fruit. In the 1930s pig prices fell, which led to the decline of the keeping and the complete ruin of the tenant. The lease contract was canceled by the GEG and most of the debts were canceled by the lessee.

In the course of the land reform after 1945, the Falkesche Hof was relocated. Seven new farms were created. In 1953 the agricultural production cooperative of type III, the LPG " Max Reimann ", which the 7 new farmers from the Falkescher Hof joined together. She had her seat in the Hasenfußschen Hof. In 1986 the cattle brigade "Schweinslust" Altenzaun reported.

In 2000 the Schweinslust property was again owned by the Rehberg family. At that time it comprised three houses, two holiday apartments, a bungalow, a multi-purpose hall, large stables and garages.

economy

The fenced-in area is now used, among other things, as a holiday home with a kitchen and a registered parking space for mobile homes.
