Sean Patrick Lee (* 22. July 1986 in Pittsburgh , Pennsylvania ) is an American American football poker players in the National Football League (NFL). He plays for the Dallas Cowboys as the outside linebacker .
college
Lee attended Pennsylvania State University and played college football for their team, the Nittany Lions, with great success . In the three seasons he played, he was able to set 313 tackles and score 12.5 sacks . When he was out for the entire season in 2008 due to a cruciate ligament injury, he was nevertheless chosen as an honorary captain by his teammates and was employed as an assistant coach .
NFL
In the NFL Draft 2010 he was selected in the 2nd round as a total of 55th by the Dallas Cowboys . In order to be able to draft it at all, the Cowboys negotiated the 55th pick from the Philadelphia Eagles by giving them their own second-round and fourth-round picks (No. 59 and No. 125). Although the bad luck with injuries that plagued him at university stayed true to his preparation, he played 14 games in his rookie season, both in defense and in the special teams . In 2011 he was a starter in all games and, as in the coming seasons, showed consistently good performances.
In 2015 he was appointed to the Pro Bowl for the first time , where he then attracted attention with an interception.
