Sebastian Francis (born November 11, 1951 in Johor Bahru , Malaysia ) is Bishop of Penang .
Life
Sebastian Francis received on 28 July 1977, the sacrament of holy orders and was in the clergy of the Diocese of Melaka-Johor incardinated .
On July 7, 2012, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . to the Bishop of Penang. The Archbishop of Kuala Lumpur , Murphy Nicholas Xavier Pakiam , ordained him episcopal on August 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Bishop Emeritus of Penang, Antony Selvanayagam , and Bishop of Melaka-Johor, Paul Tan Chee Ing SJ .
