Seebs is a village and a cadastral municipality of the market town of Ludweis-Aigen in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 41 building areas with 25,839 m² and 52 gardens on 28,175 m² in the cadastral community Seebs , in 1989/1990 there were 40 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 68 and in 2009/2010 there were 52 buildings on 120 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 245 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 56 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 244 hectares and 56 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 241 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 56 hectares. The average soil climate number of Seebs is 39.8 (as of 2010).
