Drösiedl is a village and a cadastral community of the market town of Ludweis-Aigen in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 39 building areas with 29,058 m² and 61 gardens on 42,411 m² in the cadastral community Drösiedl , in 1989/1990 there were 40 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 80 and in 2009/2010 there were 49 buildings on 119 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 372 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 255 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 374 hectares and 256 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 362 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 256 hectares. The average soil climate of Drösiedl is 32.6 (as of 2010).
