Oedt an der Wild is a village and a cadastral municipality in the market town of Ludweis-Aigen in the Waidhofen an der Thaya district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 40 building areas with 40,060 m² and 65 gardens on 40,057 m² in the cadastral community of Oedt an der Wild , in 1989/1990 there were 40 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 72 and in 2009/2010 there were 44 buildings on 108 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 513 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 264 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 511 hectares and 262 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 506 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 264 hectares. The average soil climate in Oedt an der Wild is 34.5 (as of 2010).
