The Sendener Bach is a body of water that rises south of Hauerz , a suburb of Bad Wurzach in the Ravensburg district , at an altitude of over 700 meters, along the Zeiler Ridge in a line between Baierz and Treherz .
course
First it flows through Hauerz into the flood retention basin near Konradsweiler and Mühlberg, which is already on the district of Rot an der Rot in the Biberach district . Before the flood retention basin, the Sendener Bach flows into the Pfaffenrieder Bach .
In 1665, the princely house of Waldburg-Zeil had a large bathing establishment built near the mineral spring in Hauerz , whose healing water was used for cure and entertainment purposes. Ten years later, in 1675, the bath came to the Wurzach line of the Waldburg family. A reliable chemical analysis of the medicinal water was never carried out. The bathing facility was located below today's Gasthof zum Adler near the Badelinde .
At Spindelwag, the Pfaffenrieder Bach merges with the Ellbach to form the Rot .
