Localization of Saarland in Germany

The Moseltal transmitter is a facility of the Saarland Broadcasting Corporation for the distribution of radio programs on the Hammelsberg near Perl . Commissioning took place in 1967. A 75.2 m high guyed tubular steel mast has been used as the antenna carrier since 1996, which replaced a 50 m high guyed steel framework mast .

Digital radio (DAB / DAB +)

The digital radio ( DAB + ) is broadcast in vertical polarization and in single-frequency mode with other transmitters. Until January 7, 2012, DAB channel 8B was broadcast along with private radio programs. Since the switch to DAB channel 9A, only SR radio programs are currently broadcast.
