Shane McGuigan
Shane McGuigan (born August 11, 1988 in Canterbury , Kent , England ) is a former British amateur boxer and current boxing trainer. He is the son of Hall of Famer Barry McGuigan . In contrast to his coaching career, he wasn't very successful as a boxer.

Among the boxers McGuigan currently trains include Carl Frampton , Conrad Cummings , George Groves , David Haye , Josh Taylor and Josh Pritchard .
In 2016, McGuigan was named World Coach of the Year with the Eddie Futch Award by the renowned Boxing Writers Association of America (BWAA) .
