Regine

The type 132 is built with 13 units of the most successful Schwergutfrachtschiffstypen the Sietas in Neuenfelde . The successor to this series is the Type 161 .

history

The Atlant Trina (formerly Trina )

The series was manufactured in 13 units from 1987 to 1996. With the exception of the second ship in the series, the entire series was ordered by the brothers Hans and Claus Heinrich for the Steinkirchen shipping company Schiffahrtkontor Altes Land . The ships are mainly used in global heavy lift and project shipping. The individual ships differ mainly in their equipment with cranes from Neuenfelder Maschinenfabrik with lifting capacities from 100 tons to 250 tons per crane and different powerful main engines from the manufacturers Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz, Wärtsilä and MAN.

technology

The Nordana Sarah (formerly Regine )

The ships in the series are powered by a 4- stroke diesel engine that acts on a variable-pitch propeller via a reduction gear . The first ship received a propulsion system from Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz, the second new build a main engine from the Finnish manufacturer Wärtsilä , all subsequent ships are powered by MAN engines. The power spectrum of the engine models from various manufacturers installed in series covers a range from 3,295 to 5,000 kilowatts.

The ice-reinforced hulls were assembled in a sectional construction.

The 64.40 meter long and 15.30 meter wide box-shaped loading space with a volume of 9,660 m³ (grain space) or 9,647 m³ (bale space) is reinforced for the transport of containers and heavy goods and has numerous movable bulkheads that can also be used as a tween deck. Hydraulic folding hatch covers were used, the individual hatch covers of which can be separated and taken off board. All ships were delivered with two cranes attached to the port side.
