Silke Rehberg

Silke Rehberg (born October 17, 1963 in Ahlen ) is a German visual artist .

Life

After graduating from high school in Ahlen, Rehberg studied sculpture at the Münster University of Applied Sciences and fine art at the Münster Art Academy from 1983 . She graduated with a diploma for object design and, as a master student of Timm Ulrichs, with an academy certificate for fine art. She then received a cultural grant from the Westphalian economy. In 1995 and 1996 she taught sculpture at the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences . In 1999 she received the Rubens Prize of the City of Siegen .

Her extensive work, numerous exhibitions and first prizes testify to her artistic importance.
