Simon Kipruto Bor

Simon Kipruto Bor (born February 13, 1969 ) is a Kenyan marathon runner .

In 1998 he won the CPC Loop The Hague and came second in the Amsterdam Marathon . In 1999 he won the Los Angeles Marathon , finished second in the Route du Vin and fifth in the Chicago Marathon , and in 2000 he finished second in the Vienna City Marathon . The following year he was sixth in the Lake Biwa marathon , fifth in the Portugal half marathon and second in the Millennium Marathon in Madrid. In 2002 he won the Tiberias Marathon , came third in the Prague Half Marathon , seventh in the Boston Marathon , won the Turin Half Marathon and came second in Amsterdam.

At Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon 2004 he was eighth. In 2005 he was fourth in Los Angeles and fourth in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and won the Toronto Waterfront Marathon . In the following year, a second place in the Rock 'n' Roll Marathon and a sixth in Toronto was followed by victory in the Hong Kong Marathon . In 2007 he was third in Tiberias and second in the Košice marathon .
